Stairs to Shelob's Lair (UE4 Realtime Environment Study)

After watching Return of the King with my son, I was inspired to do a quick scene in UE4 featuring the entrance to Shelobs lair in Mordor.
I leveraged megascans and some of my own photogrammetry to use just a handful of assets to make this scene. I also used world creator 2 and Photoshop to create the mountains and sky. It was fun exercise more to come shortly.

This is the shot I I referenced when I made this scene. I used the pieces I had to get the general feeling of the scene while matching the lighting.

I used a little creative freedom to make the image pop since I didn't have characters to focus on. I made the mountains the focus and tweaked the skybox a tad warmer to add more color in the monochromatic scene.
